Certified Lawns is a lawn treatment and landscape lighting & design company focused on delivering a better customer experience than their larger industry competitors. After experiencing a less than desirable marketing agency, Certified Lawns contacted sMaac Digital to get back on the right track.
Our initial major concern was to make sure Certified Lawns owned all of their digital marketing properties (website hosting, domain, ads platforms, etc.) so if they didn’t see a benefit from our digital marketing efforts we could always part ways without worry.
Website Development
Our traditional process for approaching a new website development build is to look at a client’s existing analytics platform, whether that’s Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Unfortunately, the previous marketing agency held that information hostage so we had to be a little creative.
Digital Advertising
Throughout our partnership with Certified Lawns, we have effectively demonstrated the local service potential of both Facebook and Google Ads. As of January 1st, 2024, our digital advertising campaigns have delivered impressive results. With more than 500,000 impressions, we reached a broad audience, resulting in 12,500 clicks that indicated strong interest. This level of engagement led to over 900 leads and 2,500 phone calls, highlighting the campaign’s success in driving meaningful customer interactions and conversions.
